Solicitation HC101921R0006 is a request for proposal (RFP) for the engineering, design, furnishing, installing, and testing (EDFI&T) of a Giant Voice (GV) turn-key system upgrade at Kunsan AB, Korea. This will upgrade the current GV system and replace the existing Very High Frequency (VHF) communication infrastructure to use the existing Joint Japan Korea Land Mobile Radio (J2KLMR) secured Astro 25 network communication system, and provide real time sufficient intelligible voice coverage for the entire base populace. The resultant contract period of performance is anticipated to consist of a 12-month period. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). Offers from other than SDVOSB will not be considered. Submit written offers in accordance with CLIN structure outlined in the attached RFP. Oral offers will not be accepted. All responsible SDVOSB will be considered.
