Full Description

The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Services, Denver Federal Center Service Center located at the Denver Federal Center in Lakewood, Colorado intends to issue a sole source contract in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 for a 60 day performance period from approximately October 1, 2010, through November 30, 2010, at an estimated price of $462,742.26. Contractor is to furnish all material, labor, equipment, and supervision to accomplish the complete installation of all exterior storefront and curtain walls, associated flashings and sealants at the new Land Port of Entry in Portal, ND. This includes finishing work began while subcontracted to Alutiiq during the construction of the new port facility. Completed work will provide for the warranty on installed items at the new facility. Contractor shall have all licensing, insurance and permits required for services rendered.
