Full Description
Bids must include a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10%. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract.
The project will require minimum wages and salaries to meet the PA Prevailing Wage requirements. The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or handicap.
MAJSA reserves the right to reject Bids or waive informalities or take such other action that may deem to be in the best interest of the Authority and as may be permitted by law.
All questions concerning the bid documents or the project in general should be submitted through PennBid no later than 5:00 p.m., Friday, August 21, 2026.
