The Arizona Department of Administration, State Procurement Office, issued solicitation BPM006894 to establish one or more mandatory statewide contracts for Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) receivers and related equipment. The scope of the procurement includes handheld and fixed mount receivers, chart plotters, laptop and PDA GNSS, software, equipment for unmanned vehicles and drones, and directly related accessories. These contracts serve state agencies, boards, commissions, and members of the State Purchasing Cooperative, covering the purchase, lease, rental, and maintenance of equipment from brands such as Trimble, Garmin, and Leica. Proposals were evaluated based on method of approach, experience and capacity, and cost. Requirements for offerors included providing client references, certifying compliance with forced labor bans and boycott of Israel disclosures, and submitting detailed pricing structures for MSRP discounts and support services. Following a competitive process involving negotiations and best and final offers, the state determined that Allterra Central, Inc, Branco Machinery, RDO Equipment Co., and Surveyors Source LLC were the successful vendors. Contracts were awarded with effective dates starting August 1, 2025.

General Info
