By means of this RFP, the Great Lakes Pilotage Authority (GLPA) is seeking proposals from bidders for providing specialized ship simulator training courses and exercises to marine pilots and apprentice-pilots of the Great Lakes Region (the “Services”). These courses and exercises are to ensure that pilot’s skills are maintained and continuously upgraded and to permit apprentice-pilots to develop their skills and expertise of piloting vessels in the Great Lakes Region.
