The contract structure includes a base period running from October 1, 2017, to September 30, 2018, with four subsequent one-year option periods extending the potential performance through September 30, 2022. While this is not a request for competitive proposals, the government allowed for the submission of substantiating documentation from other firms to determine if the procurement should be competed. The performance of this contract is centered in Washington, DC.
