AI Contract Overview
The contract pertains to the procurement of a single unit of a piston shock isolator, upper component, identified by NSN/Part Number 0001S00000052, with a delivery deadline of 411 days after order. The solicitation is issued under SPE4A6-26-T-12PR by the Department of Defense’s ASC Commodities Division, with performance expected at Hill AFB, Utah. The item is subject to stringent compliance requirements, including a complete prohibition on the use of Class I ozone-depleting chemicals, superseding any conflicting specification but not waiving product performance standards; any substitute chemicals must be pre-approved unless explicitly authorized. Technical and quality requirements referenced by R or I codes are governed by the DLA Master List, with the applicable revision determined by the solicitation or award date depending on acquisition scale. Export control restrictions apply due to the presence of technical data governed by ITAR or EAR, requiring prior authorization for any export, including disclosures to foreign nationals within the U.S., and limiting access only to contractors with approved JCP certification, completed DOD training, and DLA authorization. Packaging must adhere to DLA standards, and cybersecurity compliance requires CMMC Level 2 certification for third-party assessors. The contract is restricted to entities meeting all export control and data handling protocols, with primary contact information provided for inquiries and documentation.
