Items containing radioactive materials above specified activity levels must be labeled per MIL-STD-129. Quality acceptance is conducted at origin with zero non-conformance required for critical and major attributes, using MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 sampling plans, and product verification testing may be invoked by the contracting officer. The contractor must adhere to multiple FAR and DFARS clauses covering cybersecurity safeguarding, anti-trafficking, labor laws, prompt payment, electronic invoicing via WAWF, Buy American provisions with Alternate II, prohibitions on hexavalent chromium and certain foreign-sourced components, whistleblower protections, and affirmative action for veterans and workers with disabilities. All offers must include current SAM representations, particularly regarding covered defense telecommunications, foreign ownership disclosures, and Buy American compliance. Payment is processed electronically through WAWF, with the Pay Official DoDAAC specified in SF-26, DD-1155, or SF-1449 forms, and quotations must be submitted to the DLA Aviation ASC Supplier Oper AE and AF Division in Richmond, VA by July 24, 2026.
