The contract encompasses the procurement of 10,187 socket head cap screws with NSN 5305-00-228-3903 under solicitation SPE4A6-26-Q-0899, issued by the Department of Defense’s ASC Commodities Division as a total small business set-aside. Delivery is required within 470 days of award, and all supplies must comply with stringent technical and quality requirements referenced in the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, including mandatory adherence to CMMC Level 2 cybersecurity protocols for third-party assessors and self-assessments, as well as specific physical identification and bare item marking standards. Each lot of produced items must be accompanied by a Certificate of Quality Compliance (COQC) prepared in accordance with the Supplemental Quality Assurance Provision, with one copy furnished per manufacturing lot based on part number, specification, or drawing, and all certificates must be available for government review at the point of origin for contracts subject to government inspection. Suppliers are required to submit an electronic copy of every COQC into the iRAPT system via the Receiving Report’s Attachment tab for government records retention, and the government representative may approve the WAWF receiving report upon confirmation of COQC compliance and proper documentation upload. Packaging must meet DLA procurement standards, and non-accepted items must have all government identification removed prior to disposal. All data and documentation mandated under this contract are included in the item’s price, and the supplier assumes full responsibility for meeting the quality conformance, inspection, and acceptance criteria defined in the contract’s referenced requirements, with no additional allowances or exceptions permitted.
