The City of SanAntonio’s Neighborhood & Housing Services Department (NHSD) is seeking proposals from local non-profit organizations (Respondents)to deliver minor, small-scale and full-scale home rehab services to addresshealth, safety, code and/or accessibility issues for eligible homeowners in theGovernment Hill area as defined by the Development Services Department (DSD).
