The Government is seeking market information for an upcoming procurement to lease approximately 30,000 - 40,000 ANSI/BOMA occupiable square feet. Existing buildings or Build to Suit options may be considered. Preference is for occupancy within a single building. Leases of 20,000 - 25,000; 6,000 - 9,000; and 2,500 - 3,000 ANSI/BOMA occupiable square feet will also be contemplated. The lease will be for a 15 year, 10 year firm term. Subleases will not be considered. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are desired as part of the rental consideration. The Government will have the right to install a satellite dish and/or vertical antenna on the building roof. Space shall not be located within a base (100-year) flood plain or wetland unless the Government has determined it to be the only practicable alternative. Buildings listed on the National Register of Historic Places or potentially eligible for the National Register within a Historic District are encouraged to offer. Space shall conform to GSA requirements for fire and life safety, shall be ABAAS compliant and asbestos abated.
