The intent of this Federal Business Opportunities notice is to inform the public of activities that the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Office of the Procurement Ombudsman is engaged in - as part of an effort to communicate the agency's approach to increasing industry engagement and acquisition initiatives designed to improve how GSA does business. On June 28, 2018, GSA will host its first ever government-wide Reverse Industry Training (RIT) event. This event will focus on Cloud adoption and migration, and is designed to help government work through the challenges and issues facing Cloud adoption. The event will provide the federal workforce with an opportunity to address concerns faced by their agencies and grow a better understanding of adopting and transitioning to Cloud services. The purpose of this special notice is to announce GSA's first government-wide RIT event on June 28, 2018 in Washington, D.C. The event will be held at the GSA Headquarters Building - Auditorium at 1800 F. Street, NW, Washington D.C., from 9am to 1:30pm EDT. The target audience for this event is the acquisition workforce, CIO representatives, project managers, and other non-acquisition government workforce members interested in Cloud adoption and migration.
