Full Description

NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION (NOCA) The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Arnold AFB, Tennessee has concluded their market research and intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order under FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Spirent Federal Systems, Inc., 1402 W State Rd., Pleasant Grove, UT 84062. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811219, size standard $20,500,000. This purchase order will be for a service contract for twelve months of software/firmware updates/upgrades, maintenance/repair services, and engineering consultation for Spirent Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) simulators and all operating software accordance with the attached statement of work. The anticipated award date is 30 September 2017. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Although the Government intends to solicit and award a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the Government if received no later than 22 September 2017 at 2:00 PM CDT.
