The scope of work includes plastic graphics cards for packaging the United States Mint Uncirculated Coin Sets. Excellent cosmetic appearance is of paramount importance as the card must provide an attractive viewing background for the coins. Also included are design, tooling, prototyping, and any required refinements to make the card perform as specified. Cards shall be in accordance with the referenced drawing. This drawing defines hole locations, hole sizes, cut size of card, and some tolerances, but does not contain all requirements to make an acceptable card. The contractor shall use this information as a starting point to develop a detailed manufacturing drawing containing all relevant information to produce an acceptable card.
