The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) requests vendors, who are interested in bidding to print, transport and install a wall graphics display inside the FLETC Intermodal Facility on the second floor. The display graphic will be adhered directly to the wall using a 3M Vinyl with a matte laminate finish. The graphic will cover an area of 192"x296". Installation by the contractor of the wall graphic is needed on or before August 17, 2011. The contractor SHALL provide complete installation of services that include: 1. a site visit/inspection to the Intermodal Facility prior to installation, 2. printing of the graphic/artwork, 3. transportation of the artwork and installation crew, 4. installation of the artwork, 5. a scissors lift vehicle, or scaffolding The contractor is responsible for providing any tools and required supplies to complete the installation project. If artwork damaged during transport or installation, the contractor is responsible to replace artwork at their own cost. The contractor will also provide for its crew meals. Other Requirements: Wall graphic/artwork shall be output, or printed, on a large format printer capable of printing to such a size or dimension (greater than 100" wide) that will limit the number of assembled sections or pieces.
