PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) Grass Cutting and Grounds Maintenance Services for Jail Facility
The Warren County Board of Supervisors is accepting sealed proposals from qualified contractors for grass cutting and grounds maintenance services at the Warren County Jail, located at 1200 Highway 80, Vicksburg, MS 39180. The selected contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supervision, materials, fuel, transportation, insurance, and incidentals necessary to perform the required services in accordance with the Request for Proposals.
Sealed proposals will be received by the Warren County Purchasing Department until August 26, 2026, at 10:00 am, CST, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. A site visit may be held on August 19, 2026, at 9:00 am, CST at the jail facility. Attendance is mandatory. All interested contractors must comply with jail security procedures while on facility property.
Proposal documents may be obtained electronically through Central Bidding at https://www.centralauctionhouse.com or in person, at no charge, from the Warren County Purchasing Department, 913 Jackson Street, Vicksburg, Mississippi 39183.
