Gravel Crushing Tender

RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF CUPAR #218 GRAVEL CRUSHING Sealed quotes marked “Gravel Crushing” and addressed to the RM of Cupar #218 by 3:00 pm on July 13, 2026, for traffic gravel to be crushed and stockpiled on site at SW 3-24-18-W2. The amount of gravel required is 50,000 cubic yards of 106 ¾ inch crushed road gravel. Bidders are responsible for inspecting the site to determine the nature of the aggregate. Site inspection can be arranged by contacting Office. Screening may be required. Contractors should include a separate price for screening and stripping. Start date of October 15, 2026 unless otherwise negotiated Stockpile will be measured for quantity by a third party hired by the RM. Payment will be made based on the measurement of the pile.
Each quote shall include the following: WCB letter of good standing Proof of insurance in the minimum amount of two million dollars Start and finish date A breakdown of all costs. Quotes to be delivered to: RM of Cupar #218 Box 400 Cupar SK S0G 0Y0 The RM will evaluate all bids based on price, completion date, and previous experience. Council reserves the right to reject or accept any quote. Lowest quote not necessarily accepted. Quote opening will be on during a regular council meeting in August the Council Chambers of the RM of Cupar #218 located at 113 Landsdowne St. Cupar, SK.
