Green-to-Gray, Corrosion Control

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Corrosion Control services for an undetermined lot of 25 individual classifications of equipment items utilized for flight line maintenance for Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany (see transportation and delivery schedule on page 8, paragraph 3.10., of attached "FA5606-15-A-000X" BPA document). This is not an "order for supplies or services" at this time. A total of three BPA's will be established; criteria for quotation and price evaluation will encompass the evaluation of submitted Price Lists for services and the three lowest priced Contractors will be selected. The sum of all unit prices on the required price list shall add up to a total quote price, which will be the price considered. In other words, the price evaluation will consist of evaluating the accumulated total of the submitted price list according to the format provided (starting on page 3 of the attached "FA5606-15-A-000X" document). Please complete this section as your price list. Please see the attached 1449 for specifics on the required service and applicable clauses/provisions. Included are the attached T.O.(s) 1-1-691 and 1-1-8, and Equipment Photos with Technical Specifications. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs."
