AI Contract Overview
This contract is for the procurement of 18 units of a GRIP, HANDLE with NSN 5340-01-679-2511 under solicitation SPE7L1-26-T-407U, issued by the Department of Defense through the Land Supply Chain organization. All technical and quality requirements are governed by the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, with the applicable revision determined by the solicitation issue date for simplified acquisitions or the RFP issue date for large acquisitions unless amended. The item is subject to strict packaging standards per DLA requirements and must not contain any Class I ozone-depleting chemicals, a prohibition that overrides any conflicting specification but does not reduce product performance expectations. Any substitute chemicals must be submitted for approval unless explicitly permitted by the specification. The technical data associated with this item is controlled under ITAR or EAR, restricting its export or disclosure to foreign persons, including foreign nationals employed by U.S. companies, and requires prior government authorization. Access to this data is limited to contractors with approved U.S./Canada Joint Certification Program status, completed DOD export control training, and formal DLA authorization. Delivery is required within 154 days after order, with performance occurring at Tracy, California, 95304-5000. Responses are due by May 4, 2026, and all inquiries should be directed to Michael Nordahl at dla.flbc2prs@dla.mil or 445-737-0596.
