Evaluation criteria is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). PPIRS will be used to determine vendor responsibility.  Potential contractors will be screened for responsibility in accordance with FAR 9.104. 



This is a brand name to KLEENBLAST subsidiary of CANAM MINERALS due to material being authorized for Naval Ship Repair per local and NAVSEA instructions and by its inclusion within QPL-22262.


Quotations received that represent a different manufacturer will not be considered for award.


Offerors are required to submit  traceability back to the MFR.  Failure to provide this information may result in your quotation being determined technically unacceptable.



Examples of acceptable traceability are: 


1) A copy of a quotation from an approved source specified in the solicitation;


2) A copy of the letter from the approved source stating that your company is an authorized dealer/distributor for  the approved source or the approved source’s official web site listing your company as an authorized dealer/distributors; or
