Full Description

St. Johns County (SJC) is soliciting a proposals from licensed and qualified firms with National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Conference (NELAC) and State of Florida certification in accordance with Chapter 62-160 Florida Administrative Code to provide environmental laboratory services for the SJC Solid Waste Department. The awarded firm (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor) shall be responsible for preparing sample kits for delivery and pickup to and from the SJC Solid Waste Department, performing analyses of ground water and surface water samples on a semiannual basis from the Tillman Ridge Phase I & II closed landfills (including two (2) additional evaluation monitoring quarters at Phase II) and waste water sample from the Stratton Road Transfer Station, preparing and submitting electronic and/or bound reports containing laboratory analysis, electronic data deliverables, and certification forms in compliance with Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) ADaPT format for submittal to St. Johns County and FDEP. The Tillman Ridge landfill is located at 3005 Allen Nease Road, Elkton, FL 32033. The Stratton Road Transfer Station is located at 250 North Stratton Road, St. Augustine, FL 32095.
