The requirement is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed Price contract under FAR Part 12, with performance strictly limited to Tobyhanna Army Depot, and the Government reserves the right to follow up with respondents for clarification. Key performance standards include zero deviation in snow response within two hours, 100% compliance with ice pre-treatment, and 75% trimming compliance, with mandatory deliverables upon award such as background checks, key personnel CVs, installation access logs, contractor work plans, and certifications in AT Level I, OPSEC, and iWATCH.
