Purpose of this amendment is to extend the deadline for proposals through 10/13/2026 and publish: Answers to vendors' questions; the corrected Instructions to Offerors_Evaluations document; revised PWS due to vendors' questions; the 8/19/26 vendor site visit sign-in sheet;  the revised Excel Riverside NC PriceSched; and the SCA wage determination 2015-5629 revision 31 dated 08/27/2026. Also, the NCA Contracting Office has been experiencing technical difficulties publishing to Contract Opportunities.
