GROUP EXERCISE Contract Manager to operate exercise program at Robins AFB

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Prior to award of any DOD contracts, offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and all Representations and Certifications must be completed. This requirement is set-aside 100% for Small Businesses. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: (a) NAICS: 713940 (b) DOLLARS: $7.5 MIL This requirement is for a GROUP EXERCISE CONTRACT MANAGER to provide the expertise needed to operate a well-rounded exercise program for Robins AFB Fitness Center in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Contemplated period of performance includes a base period for one year from 26 OCT 2017 to 25 OCT 2018 and 2, one-year option periods form 26 OCT 2018 to 25 OCT 2020. Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number.
