GRTE - 12940 - Off-network hardware and software support

The Department of the Interior is seeking a contractor to provide off-network hardware and software support for various aging stand-alone computers used within the park. The primary objective is to modernize critical infrastructure that manages specialty systems, including building automation, entry control, exterior lighting controllers, and traffic counters. The scope of work involves replacing existing outdated computers, installing the most current versions of the required specialty software, and performing all necessary testing and configuration. Additionally, the contractor must provide a fixed number of help-desk support hours to ensure the ongoing stability and functionality of the newly installed hardware and software suites.
