Full Description
General Construction & Design-Build Construction Services for the Caribbean Region (Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands) as specified in the Agreement and all associated exhibits.
The Contractor shall provide professional services for the planning, design, and construction necessary to meet the requirements of the individual Task Orders. Specific requirements of individual Task Orders will be issued by RFP on a Task Order basis. Task Order services shall be provided according to the general requirements described herein, and as further described in the Task Order RFP and accompanying documents.
The minimum guarantee amount of $2,000.00 is obligated and will be de-obligated on a unilateral basis, once a Task Order is awarded to the Contractor.
There is a MOL of $150 Million is for the entire requirement, not contract specific.
