GSA Regional Local Service Agreement (RLSA) Extension Notice-of-Intent-not-a-solicitation

The General Services Administration (GSA) plans to negotiate a sole-source extension of Cavalier Telephone LLC's contract GS03T09DS0004, allowing continued service through May 31, 2023. GSA deems the extension necessary to maintain continuity while agencies plan and execute their transitions to updated infrastructure solutions.
