Full Description

This notice is to advise that the General Services Administration (GSA) intends to negotiate Cavalier Telephone LLC's contract GS03T09DS0003, on a sole source basis for continued performance up to May 31, 2023. This contract will expire at midnight on May 30, 2020. This existing regional LSA contract will be negotiated and awarded. The estimated dollar for this extension is $21M shared. The contract extension is authorized under FAR 6.302-7 (Public Interest), exception to full-and-open-competition. This is not a formal solicitation. The extension is required to allow more time for agencies to incorporate IT Modernization as they plan for and execute the transition from RLSA to the follow-on Enterprise Infrastructure-Solution (EIS) contracts.
