ONLY OFFERORS THAT ARE WILLING TO PROVIDE AN ASSIGNABLE, NO-COST OPTION TO PURCHASE PROPERTY, OR ARE WILLING TO DONATE PROPERTY, WILL BE CONSIDERED RESPONSIVE TO THIS ADVERTISEMENT. Expressions of interest in the project can be submitted in letter form. Site proposals may include the following information: 1. Location map; address; aerial photos (if available); any available records of the archaeological history of the site; any available records of any historic structures located on or in the immediate area of the site; a Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) of the site; site plan with size indicated and showing that the requirements above fit on site; legal description; prominent features; identification of existing structures; distance from the property lines to the availability of public utilities such as water, sewer, electricity, and natural gas. 2. Land cost, if appropriate. Owners may submit their own proposals. Proposals submitted by agents must be accompanied by documentary evidence of the agent's authority to make such offers. The Government will make every effort to expedite the site selection. This advertisement is not a basis for negotiation.
