GSW-27-40-01 GSW Student Success Center Flat Roof Project

Georgia Southwestern State University is soliciting sealed bids for the GSW Student Success Center Flat Roof Project (GSW-27-40-01) located at 240 Edgewood Avenue, Americus, Georgia. The scope of work involves a single prime contract for the installation of a Thermoplastic-Polyolefin (TPO) roofing system, including selective demolition, cast stone masonry, sheet metal flashing, and a lightning protection system compliant with UL 96A and LPI 175 standards. All roofing materials must meet FM Approvals 4450 or 4470 certifications and adhere to specific ASTM weathering and impact resistance standards.
