The contract is for the procurement of ten units of a spring guide, identified by the National Stock Number 1680-01-057-1076. The solicitation, issued by the Department of Defense’s Aviation Supply Chain, specifies a delivery timeframe of 20 days after order (ADO). The procurement falls under NAICS code 336413 and is subject to various technical and quality requirements drawn from the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) master list, incorporating standards for measuring and test equipment, packaging, and higher-level contract quality requirements tailored for manufacturers and non-manufacturers alike. In particular, quality assurance will follow recognized military standards such as MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 for sampling, with specific attribute verification levels and acceptable quality levels mandated, ensuring zero non-conformances unless otherwise specified. The contract documentation underscores the importance of compliance with packaging requirements and mandates the removal of government identification from non-accepted supplies. Sampling procedures allow flexibility in inspection methods but require adherence to strict acceptance criteria to maintain product integrity.
