The FFG(X) Program Office, PMS 515, has established a Bidder's Library and Bidder's Site to provide controlled access to important System Specifications, Government Furnished Information, and other relevant data related to the Guided Missile Frigate (FFG(X)) program. This resource is available to all U.S. Department of Defense contractors, but access requires an Unclassified Naval Systems Engineering Resource Center (uNSERC) account. Obtaining a uNSERC account mandates both a DOD Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) certificate and a company static IP address registered to pass through the uNSERC firewall. Contractors who have been awarded contracts are allowed up to five uNSERC accounts per company, while other contractors may obtain up to two accounts. The process for requesting a uNSERC account is detailed in an attachment included with the notice, along with a form for submitting an Unclassified Static Firewall Rule Change Request if a company is not yet registered with uNSERC. The Bidder's Library and site are designed to ensure secure, controlled distribution of sensitive program materials to eligible contractors while maintaining network security. Key contacts for the program include Kelli Bryan and Procuring Contracting Officer Lawrence Gordin. The solicitation number for this effort is N00024-18-SN-2300, and the associated NAICS code is 336611, which corresponds to shipbuilding and related activities.
