This is a total small business set-aside combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 5.2. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and in accordance with RFO 12.104(a). This procurement will be conducted by NAVSUP FLCN Pentagon Directorate located at 700 Robbins Avenue BLDG 2B Philadelphia PA 19111. The anticipated contract will be a firm-fixed-price, single award delivery order type contract that will be procured with a total (100%) small business set-aside pursuant to FAR 19.502-2(b). The contract term is anticipated to start on 29 September 2026 and all deliveries must be completed NO LATER THAN 26 FEBRUARY 2027. 


This new contract/delivery order will be awarded on a single award basis to a small business. The associated NAICS code and PSC code are 332510 and 5340 respectively.


RFQ N0018926QD224 is the only RFQ for this requirement and it includes all the terms and conditions as well as applicable FAR, DFARS, RFO, and NMCARS clauses and provisions with respect to the anticipated purchase order. It’s the contractor’s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at this address: https://www.acquisition.gov/content/regulations. The Small Business Standard for NAICS Code 332510 is 750 employees. The anticipated contract type is a firm-fixed-price order to provide Gun Lock Boxes in accordance with the specifications included in the PWS.


The contractor shall provide quality gun lockboxes and manage the associated logistics, including packaging and shipping as described herein. The objective is to ensure the timely delivery of approximately 25,000 gun lockboxes to forty (40) CONUS (continental U.S.) Navy sites.
