THIS PRESOLICITATION IS CANCELLED ON JUNE 25, 2010 USAID/Guyana expects to present a full solicitation for the Guyana HIV/AIDS Management and Capacity Building Project by June 30, 2010. This project is aimed at providing services and training to USAID partners in Guyana so as to strengthen their financial and management (including governance) capacity in the USAID/Guyana network so as to enable them to immediately expand HIV/AIDS services while simultaneously enhancing their quality and sustainability, as is detailed in Section C of the award. A draft of Section C of the solicitation is attached for early viewing. Also you will find a JOFOC limiting the scope of the competition to Guyana based firms and a copy of the Health Initial Environmental Evaluation on which the draft Environmental Mitigation Plan and Report (EMPR) will be based.
