IMPORTANT: This tender is part of Public Services and Procurement Canada’s initiative to submit bid submission files electronically using epost Connect. Interested bidders should refer to Part 2 of the solicitation document entitled Instructions to bidders/offerors/suppliers, as the case may be, for instructions on how to participate and submit their files electronically for this tender.
The Canadian Coast Guard, a special agency of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans, requires various parts in order to keep the existing systems in good working order. These parts are Sperry Marine Northrop Grumman parts and are not substitutable. Delivery is required by January 31, 2023. Please refer to the parts list included in the RFP. These are components of a national standard model and are required as the Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) has a sparing requirement and trained staff to operate and maintain the equipment during normal ship operation. IMPORTANT: In order to submit a bid, offerors must read/understand and be able to meet all the requirements listed in the Statement of Work document. In a technical bid document, bidders must demonstrate how their product/services meet the required Statement of Work.
