This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation (HSCG23-15-Q-AHH008) is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This notice and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-81. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334511. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov, in order to be considered for award.
