The procurement is not restricted to small businesses, and a detailed statement of work will accompany the Request for Quote package. Interested vendors with the capability to fulfill the contract requirements may request the Request for Quote (RFQ) NIH-NIDDK-06-633 after it becomes available approximately 15 days following the publication date of this notice.
