Page 1 of 3 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 6, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Sole-Source contract to Change Healthcare Technology. The Richmond Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) has a request for Dose Monitor System. The justification for this non-competitive solicitation is due to Change Healthcare Technology being the sole supplier that can supply both software and server upgrades to the VA Hospital. The NAICS code for this procurement is: 513210 Software Publishers; size standard $47.0 million. The Sole source requirement is for: Dose Monitor System
THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES, and no Solicitation will be issued. Market research has determined that this product is highly specialized and only available from a single source without an unacceptable delay or duplication of cost and no other type of supply will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to award the contract with an effective date on or about August 22, 2026, to Change Healthcare Technology| 1 Optum Cir | Eden Prairie, Minnesota | 55344 |.
