Item 8 Requirement P-Cool 4 V5.03 JULY 2022 Programmable Coolant Nozzle. This is a multi-position nozzle that automatically directs the coolant precisely at the cutting tool. This saves time adjusting coolant position between every tool and keeps the chips flushed off the parts that are being cut, saving tool life and maintaining a better surface finish on the parts. Item 9 Requirement Machine Breakdown This is required for the Haas Technician to breakdown the machine to allow for installation into our shop due to our restrictions of getting the machine through our building and into our shop and to assemble the machine once it is in place in our shop. Item 10 Requirement High Pressure Coolant This system provides a high pressure coolant flow the keep the chips washed off the parts being machined, which allows for better tool life and better quality parts. Item 11 Requirement Rotary Accessory This is a 210mm Servo Rotary Table which allows us to machine many of the parts needed, this is absolutely need to machine 4BC02 parts.
