Single-award procurement of 8 different items for a total of 20,000 3-ring binders containing a looseleaf book totaling 874 pages (2 blank); 9 tabs; front cover, back cover, and spine inserts; 2 posters; 1 bookmark, and a letter. Binders are white, 3-ring with clear view overlay front/back/spine pockets (top loading). Binder will also have 3-1/2" clear view pockets on the inside front and back. Binders are 4" capacity. Looseleaf book prints head to head in black ink, 8-1/2 x 11", on 50 lb. white offset book inserted into the binder. Tabs are 9 x 11" (includes 1/2" tab) printing in Pantone 288U on 110 lb. white index and inserted throughout the book. Front cover and back covers (8-1/2 x 11") print face only in 4-color process on 110 lb. white index are are inserted the exterior pockets of the binder. Spine insert (2-11/16 x 9-5/8") prints in 4-color process on 110 lb. white index and is inserted into the exterior spine pocket of the binder. Poster 1 prints face only in 4-color process, 14 x 8-1/2", on 80 lb. white matte coated cover, bleeds 3 edges. Poster 2 prints face and back in 4-color process, 14 x 8-1/2", on 80 lb. white matte coated cover, bleeds all edges both sides. Both posters are folded to 7 x 8-1/2" and inserted into the front inside pocket. Bookmark prints face and back in 4-color process on 80 lb. white matte coated cover, bleeds all edges both sides. Bookmark is inserted into the front inside pocket. Contractor must also replicate 7 different DVDs. DVDs print 4-color on the face, all edges bleed. Contractor will place DVDs 1 through 4 in a jewel case and DVDs 5 through 7 in a second jewel case. Both jewel cases are placed within a CD tray that is subsequently inserted into the binder before the first page of the book. Three prior-to-production samples are required no later than September 28, 2012 with a 1-workday hold by the department for review. All sets deliver f.o.b. destination (at contractor's expense) no later than October 17, 2012. 15,964 sets deliver to 15,964 separate addresses located within the continental United States. The remaining 4,036 sets are boxed for individual shipment but delivered to one address in Newport News, VA.
