This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.06, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 12805B22R0012 and is issued as a request for proposals (RFP). This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. The associated NAICS Code is 115210. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Plains Area NBAF, Manhattan, KS requires Hands-On Training with Live Animals. See Attachment 001 PWS for more detail. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order. The requirements are further detailed in the attached Requirements Document. The DELIVERY ADDRESS is: USDA ARS PA NBAF 1200 Kretschmer Drive Manhattan, KS 66502 DOCUMENTS TO BE INCLUDED IN PROPOSAL: In order to be considered for award, Offerors shall respond by: 1) Submitting a Proposal/Quote Pricing Document. MUST INCLUDE PRICING FOR ALL LINE ITEMS (a)Pricing document submission indicates acceptance of the noted specifications in Attachment 001. (b)In addition to pricing towards requirement specifications, document information MUST include offeror Proposal Reference Number, Proposal Expiration Date, Business Name, DUNS or ueiSAM Number, and Proposal Point of Contact (name and email address.) 2) Have an Active SAM.gov registration and complete the Representations in FAR 52.204-54; the Representation and Certification section should also be completed electronically in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Any amendment and documents related to this procurement will be available electronically at the Government Point of Entry (sam.gov).
