The 355th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole-source procurement action with Progressive Industries, Inc. for the procurement of the following commodities: 0001: HASOS (HIGH ALTITUDE SUPPLEMENTARY OXYGEN SYSTEM) 1400 SYSTEM. QTY: 7 0002: HASOS FACEMASK. QTY: 21 0003: HASOS REFURB- Installation of oxygen regulator to existing cylinder, hydrotest and recertify each cylinder. QTY: 80 0004: PULSE DOSE METER CALIBRATION AND SERVICE. QTY: 21 0005: CONNECTING HOSE. QTY: 21 0006: FACEMASK UPDATE AND SERVICE. QTY: 7 0007: REFILLING HOSE. QTY: 4 This requirement is conducted under FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Requirement. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms who want to challenge the sole source must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm's ability to provide an equivalent supply as described above. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered. All interested firms must respond to this synopsis by Monday, 28 October 2013, 1:00 PM Arizona Local Time to SSgt Joseph Kitzmiller, 355th Contracting Squadron, 3180 S Craycroft Rd. Tucson, AZ 85707.
