The Project consists of renovation, rehabilitation, accessibility, and site improvements to an existing facility for use as behavioral health supportive housing. Work includes accessibility upgrades; restroom and shower improvements; an accessible kitchen and public restroom; roofing and exterior repairs; flooring and interior finishes; door and hardware improvements; electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire/life-safety, and commercial kitchen improvements; accessible parking and paths of travel; and associated site work. Phase 1 must be completed within 120 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed and is intended to allow the County to occupy the completed Phase 1 portion of the facility.
