General Requirements:The work covered under this project at Le Goulet Harbour located in New-Brunswick, consists of the furnishing of all labour, all products (i.e.: materials, machinery, equipment and appliances), all construction materials and all services that may be necessary for the execution of the work in accordance with the contractual documents. The work covered by this contract includes, but is not limited to; Reconstruction of the road structure, installation of the rip-rap, installation of the asphalt and shoulder material, reinstallation of current pipe.Contract includes mobilization and demobilization all equipment necessary to make work progress for the entire contract, including environmental controls and all associated items in strict accordance with specifications and accompanying drawings and subject to all terms and condition of this contract.The Work must be substantially completed within 15 days after commencement of construction, except for the asphalt seal. The asphalt seal and shoulder materials will need to be installed between July 10 and 31, 2023. Construction is to begin no later than one (1) week after the contract has been awarded.
