BackgroundCurrent Fuel Storage Tanks are past their useful life and the fueling area does not meet the necessary code.ObjectiveReplace the Hay River CCG Fuel Storage Tanks and upgrade the fueling are to meet code.Scope of WorkThe work consists of, but is not limited to, the following:1. Replace Fuel Storage Tanks2. Upgrade the fuel storage area to meet the necessary code.Comprehensive Land Claims AgreementThis procurement is not subject to any Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.Set-aside for Indigenous BusinessThis procurement is set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business, For more information on Indigenous business requirements of the Set-aside Program for Indigenous Business, see Annex 9.4, Supply Manual.Security RequirementThere is no Security requirement for this work.Period of ContractThe period of contract shall be from date of award to March 31, 2024
