McMaster University invites proponents to submit responses for providing Maintenance & Services to maintain the University Hazardous Gas Alarms Testing System in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposals. The term of this agreement is for an initial term of one (1) year with an option to renew for up to an additional two (2) years to be renewed on a yearly basis as required, at McMaster’s sole discretion. The anticipated start date of the contract is February 2026, subject to change at McMaster’s sole discretion. All Proponents must have obtained the RFP from www.Merx.com (MERX®). Failure to have obtained the RFP from MERX®. will result in disqualification. Bidding and Documents are available on http://www.merx.com.
