This contract, solicitation W91364-16-R-0005, involves the procurement of hazardous material buildings for the Department of Defense, specifically the USPFO Activity OH ARNG. The buildings are designed to store petroleum, oils, lubricants, solvents, and paint waste. Key specifications include 54 inch doors, two tiers of shelving, and a centered fire rated partition wall. To protect against extreme weather, insulation is required for the floors, walls, and ceilings. The structures must include explosion relief panels and forklift tubes in the base for mobility, though no electrical systems, sensors, fire suppression, or climate control are required. The contractor is responsible for the offloading and installation of the buildings at the designated sites in Ohio. Strict adherence to dimensions is critical due to limited spacing, with a maximum deviation of 6 inches from the original scope and a total square footage variance not to exceed 10 percent. The standard building size is 16 by 8 by 9 feet, and the contractor must provide detailed cut sheets with their quote to ensure compliance with these spatial constraints.
