Treasury Common Services Center (TCSC) Procurement on behalf of the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), is issuing this amendment to the solicitation for the purpose of providing an amended Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS) inclusive of a Performance Requirements Summary (PRS). The quote deadline has been extended to August 14, 2026 @ 12PM EST. All other aspects of this solicitation remain unchanged.

This requirement is requesting pricing for a 12-month base period, and four (4) 12-month option periods.

This is an Unrestricted solicitation under NAICS 562112. Award will be made to the offeror with the Best Value. To be considered technically acceptable, all quotes must include features and specifications in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
An all-inclusive firm fixed price award will be made to the contractor whose proposal represents the Best Value to the Government. Additional discounts are requested. The Government intends to make one award from responses received.
