All other terms and conditions remain the same. ********************************************************************************************************This Amendment 001 to SPMD-22-PREON is issued to publish a Bidder Question, and the response from Canada. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.***********************************************************************************************************NPP – Hazardous Waste Transport and Disposal ServicesCanada’s Seized Property Management Directorate (SPMD), within Public Service and Procurement Canada (PSPC), has a requirement to establish a contract for Hazardous Waste Disposal on an “As and When” required basis as outlined in the Annex A – the Statement of Work.Bidders must be approved Suppliers under the Hazardous Waste Supply Arrangement EW479-162880. Bidders may submit a bid for one or multiple geographical regions of the Golden Horseshoe Region as outlined in the solicitation. Please see RFP and Annex documents for a complete description of the requirement.Multiple contracts may be awarded.Pick-up locationsAll pick up locations are situated within cities, municipalities and regions of the Golden Horseshoe Region as outlined in the Appendix I to Annex A – Statement of Work.The Pick-up location(s) will be identified on each Task Authorization. All locations will be accessible by road. For the purpose of this requirement, road refers to any Canadian provincial or territorial highway; county or regional road; or city street in any province or Canadian territory.It is the intent that the contract will have an initial firm period of one (1) year, with two (2) - one (1) year option period to be exercised solely at Canada’s discretion.In accordance with Treasury Board's policy on Accessibility effective October 11, 2019, accessibility criteria has been considered and will not be included as part of the specifications or evaluation criteria. The justification is on file. All Trade Agreements have been considered. This requirement is subject to the Canada Free Trade Agreement; the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement; the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement, and the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement.
