We are looking for a Quantity of four (4) HazSim Pro 3.0 Systems as well as a Quantity of four (4) Dual HazSim Pro 3.0 Systems. Right now we have the 2.0 system and we are interested in a trade in value if possible. The HazSim Pro 3.0 Systems - One (1) HazSim Pro 3.0 handheld with one (1) /tablet instructor server fully connected with LTE. Three (3) years software platform and connection access, all updates and patches should be included. The Dual HazSim Pro 3.0 Systems - Two (2) HazSim Pro 3.0 handhelds with one (1) convertible tablet instructor server fully connected with LTE. Three (3) years software platform and connection access, all updates and patches should be included. Award will be made to one best price vendor, quotes must be all inclusive and without tax. Responsive bidders must include completed documents (Quote, Substitute W9, Appendix A, and Procurement Lobbying Form). Vendor must accept a NYS issued Purchase Order for payment. The awardee will be provided proof of tax exemption. Upon submission, the subject matter line should reference HazSim Pro 3.0 System - your vendor name.
